The image on the right is live from our Camera situated on the roof of ´The Bay Hotel´ in Robin Hood's Bay, North Yorkshire, England,
which is at the end of the famous "Wainwright´s Coast to coast walk" which starts 192 miles away at St.Bees in the Lake District.
The camera is situated high on the Bay Hotel, looking down across the ´Dock´ at the Old Coastguard Station which is now the
National Trust Visitor Centre.
In the distance on the top of the headland is the village of Ravenscar, which it is possible to walk to on the beach when the tide is out!
or along the cliff path when the tide is in.
Walking in the other direction takes you along either the old railway route or the cliff top to the picturesqe town of Whitby,
famous for Captain Cook and, of course, the setting for Bram Stoker´s ´Dracula´ novel.
